Concurrent I-140 and I-485 Approved !!

Dear All,
Our case was approved yesterday with the following information :

I-140 RD : 5/12/03
I-485 RD : 5/12/03
Fingerprinting date : 7/10/03
AD : 9/8/04

Last Update on our cases was shown on 6/4/04 on USCIS website.

I faxed TSC twice to notify them about fingerprinting about to expire. Thanks to all who has helped us through this process ! Good Luck !
 
Please advice.

I also recently got I-140 approved. My I-485 got RFE for vaccine. Did you submit your vaccine history with your medical?
 
Vaccination

Adilanis, We took the required vaccination when we submitted our application and so on our medical, I think it did mention that we have taken our required vaccinations. Hope this helps.

My receipt date for I140/485 was 5/5/2003. Just becuz of this stupid doctor I got this rfe for vaccine otherwise I might have gotten approve for I-485 too at the same time.

Do you remember what vaccinatation you took. like 2 or 3 or more? doctor I did medical is not doctor in INS list anymore. I think I have to do medical again with vaccination.
Please advice.

Adlanis, we took a total of 2 vaccinations but I don't remember exactly what they were. We also took a chest x-ray and avoided the skin test...Sorry I don't remember too much details other than that. I'm sure you will get approved soon after you send it your vaccination results. Good Luck !

How and what do you fax to USCIS?

Check this website for details : Very self explanatory read before seeing you doctor. You could save couple of hudread bucks by getting these vaccination
or test at local health clinics and taking the results to the civil surgeon(approved by USCIS)

Do you know if USCIS approved doctor will accept test/x-ray done at other places (for example Tuberculin (TB) Skin Test & HIV test)? I am sure they accept vaccination [Measles-Mumps-Rubella (MMR), Diphtheria-Tetanus toxoids (DT) & Varicella] records from most of the doctors.

Fax

PoorMan, I sent the fax to 1-214-489-8021 to TSC. Contents of the fax is basically telling them that our fingerprint was taken on xxx date and is about to expire. Also provided A#, Birth dates and case numbers in the letter. I'm not sure if the fax helped or not. You can probably find some sample fax letters in the forum as well if you search for it. Good Luck !
 
Should I do complete medical or just vaccine?

I have one more questions, since my RFE is for vaccination only, buy I did my medical on 04/23/03 so it might be expire too. Should I only do the part asked in RFE like vaccination or complete medical ??
