Concurrent H1b while applying for a 3rd H1b based on an approved and pending Green ca

I currently holding an H1b valid until 4/27/2007 with a architecutre firm. I want to teach at a City College and want to apply for a 2nd concurrent H1b to my first one fore two semesters (until june 12, 200) this would exceed my current H1b by two months. I have filed a Perm for a green card a year and a half ago and am able to apply for a 3rd extensions foa nother 3 years that I am filing for my H1b with the architecture firm.
?; Can I file my concurrent H1b extending the validity dates of the main H1b as I am applying for it?
