Concurrent H1B - please help, I can't find the answer anywhere!

I was wondering if I applied for concurrent H1B, do I have to wait for it to be approved to start working or can I start my second job on receipt. By the way, I was accounted against the cap for my initial application so I'm not a subject to cap. Please answer! Thank you all.

Since you are already earning, better start working with second company once H1 is approved. If any case H1 is denied, then you are woking with second company is illegal and affect your GC in the future.
