Concurrent H1B One Part time one full time

I am presently on and h1 with company A and transferring to company B.

Company B has is in the process of transferring my h1b. I have the following questions.

Is it possible to go back and work for company A if h1 for company B does not get approved?

If I want to work for 25 hours for company A without letting company B's know is that possible?

What happens if the company B does not let me apply for "concurrent H1" can I some how amend the present H1 that I have with company A so its still valid when I move?

If I want to work for 25 hours for company A without letting company B's know is that possible? YES, if company make another concurrent H1 after you join comp B. But check your agreement, non compete clause, that may restrict you not to work for anybody other than Comp B

What happens if the company B does not let me apply for "concurrent H1" You do not need Comp B approval but check your agreement with Comp B, what had you agree with them.can I some how amend there is no such provison available now for you the present H1 that I have with company A so its still valid when I move?
