lamonte said:No it's not. You should look it up. What they actually do after recieving a concurrent petition is they start to adjudicate both I-140 and I-485. That makes workload considerably larger, but also brings larger revenue.
The other thing that strated happening recently is they really adjudicate both petitions together - that is they do not approve I-140 until I-485 is ready for approval.
