Concurrent Filing of I-130 and I-485

Hi,

I'm filing for immigration for my mom, who is here with me in the USA. I understand that I can file concurrently both I-130 and I-1485. I would appreciate if someone can guide me. I have following questions:

  1. On the internet,is there a step-by-step process of what to file, in what sequence, etc.?
  2. Given that I'm filing I-130 and I-485 concurrently, do I send both I-130 and I-485 together in the same envelope? I checked online and it seems that the addresses for both are different. I'm based in Maryland.
 
Hello,
I just did it for my parents. I put them in same envelope and sent to same address.
It has been accepted by USCIS.
