Concurrent Filing I-140/I-485/I-131/I-765

I concurrently filed all the above together, the notice I got from TSC said that for I-131 takes 50-60 days, I-765 takes about 90 days, I-140 200 days, and I-485 700 some days. My question is whether or not they will process my I-131 travel and I-765 before my I-140 approval or the times they indicated here meant after I-140 approval. I am planning to travel as soon as my I-131 approval. I appreciate anybody's comments.
 
No matter how you files, you can go to INS Dallas or any ins office and get your I131 Travel document on 61st day.
or if it is emmergency you can go with letter and get your travel document any time and if you still have time on H1 visa or H4 visa you can go using them..
