I am trying to get an answer of how to bring my child into the USA as he was not included in my DV application as well (he was born after i submitted my DV visa application but before my interview (and the officer was made aware of the fact as well - i was given the choice to either include him BUT risk of visa running out [it was already july when the interview happened and the officer asked me to make a decision there and then and i chose not to include him]) . Subsequently when i needed to go to the USA to activate the green card, my 9months old boy got denied his visitors visa.
I guess someone needs to petition for him now
