Concurrent filing - EAD renew denial

Urgent help,

I have concurrently filed for my I 140/485 (VSC), in 5/02 under NIW.
In 12/02 INS has raised an RFE on I140.
I have exhausted my 6 yrs and working on my EAD.
In 7/03 I have applied for EAD renewal and last week I got a notice
from BCIS stating that my EAD renewal was denied because my 485 was denied.
I have not received any notice reg. denial of 485 and the web site still shows
old messages for 140, 485.
My first/current EAD is valid till 10/03. What are my options?

Could any one pl suggest?

You may have some options here, but the most important thing is GET A LAWYER if you do not have one already. Second, you may be eligible to re-file I-140 under EB1 or EB2. Why did you file under NIW? Was it your decision or lawyer's?
There are also questions about the BCIS procedures here. Where is a motion to deny a case? And why they all of sudden got to your I-485 based on your EAD extension applivation? I suppose your I-140 was approved, right? Please shed some more light and also talk to a lawyer. Be cool.
