concurrent filing and Pilot program

Hi everyone,
Thank you for ur previous replies and all the info here..
My University is filing EB1-B petition for me at TSC.My question was
1.Does concurrent filing of I-485 affect the outcome?
2.i have heard that there is a pilot program at TSC which processes concurrent filing faster.Is that true?

a. I don't think concurrent filing has any bearing on the outcome.

b. I'm not sure about the pilot program - I leave it to the gurus.

Yes, there seems to be pilot program operational at TSC. Lately, many filers with current dates (mostly EB1s but some EB2s as well) have seen approval of their I-140 as well as I-485 on either the same day or within a few days of each other.

Noone is really sure whether this simultaneous approval is because of the pilot program or because of the need to clear remaining visa numbers for the current fiscal year or it is pure luck.

There are still many people who have seen I-140 approvals but are still waiting on I-485s even though their priority dates are current !

So, as always, there is no logic ....... but you definitely stand a good chance of quick and/or simultaneous approval......especially at TSC.
