Of course, you can, but only for 1 yr extension. The fact that you file concurrently, means you have a visa number available for you, which means you cannot file for 3 yr extension. Hope this helps, good luck!

concurrent filing in 7th year while 7th year h1b is pending from another company.

I am already in 7th year and my h1b 7th year extension petition is still pending from my current employer.

Can I get h1b 7th year extension, based on concurrent filing (i140 and 485) from another company during 7th year?
