Medical form I693 for each member family
For children carry copy of Vaccinations copy from your Doctor
They do Blood test and skin test for Tb
If skin test is +ve you have to take a chest X-ray
(most of Indians who have earlier Vacinations turn +ve, Nothing for concern)
YOu get prescription for one month (buy it and keep the box for future verification)
The total time requried is two/three days.
In Bay area the pacakage costs appx. $165/person with two vaccinations

What do you mean by prescription for one month? And keep the box for future verification?

When your TB skin turns +ve, Doctors issues a prescription for one month of supplies of TB tabs . Keep the container for future verification if required at later stages ( I read somewhere at final stages during interview they asked a question. Did you take the prescription)

I was so shocked. Here in LA almost everyone are charging the same. No one is giving correct amount. All are saying 375$ excluding blood tests and X-ray.
But the one we went to said 145$ before we went there but once we went there they said it is 400$ each.

really It was a nice thread to sahre all information. Can you please let me know where do I need to get photos for 485 purpose? Like can i get it done from any store like walgreens or any specific location to get it done.

1 case was approved for my company for same date.
If i plan to substitute the labor for myself.

Since EB3 is retrogressed - should i wait for it to open in October??
Will the labor substitution stoppage implemented immediately?
Should i go for Non-Concurrent filing immediately??
What do you guys suggest??

EB-3 will become current for people from countries other then India / China & may be Philippines. For IN/CH/PH there will be PD cutoff date so it all depends on where you are from & what is your PD. Better to apply I-140 now & see what happens in next two months & as soon as Eb-3 becomes available for your case apply I-485.

Should i file my 485/AP/EAD in october when the nubers open up?
Will the PD of the sub labor considerd or will i get a new PD?
Do you know what was the last PD cutoff date(before the visa numbers ran out)?
