I've concurrently filed for I140/485,also I've received WAC#s. I would like to check processsing times posted on BCIS website. I want to know which Service centre and District office should I check. I live in Northern California, East Bay.
Kindly please tell me if I should check San Francisco District office processing times or San Jose District office processing times.

It seems that the INS is processing cases faster.
heha said:yes, the online status was updated on the same day as the cases were approved.
just be patient. they're just handling things in a random, unpredicatable way.

Can anyone explain what is the purpose of ND?
I did send my passport for H1 stamping. I applied 140/485/AP/EAD and sent the passport same time. If at all I get an FP, then do I need to recall my passport back? Without passport can we do the FP? If I donot have passport at the appointment, and if FP is not allowed then what should I do?
Do they reschedule the appointment?
If I recall my passport, can I send it back again so that it will continue where it has stopped? Would they consider the passport as July 16th revalidation visa time frame has already passed.
Please pass some light on this..
Thanks in Advance
