I-140 : ND : 08/27/2003 : Not approved
I-485 : ND : 09/18/2003 : Not approved
FP : No

As per my own views this seems to be concurrent filing.

Yes you should be a concurrent filer. Check your last updated date on USCIS site. It should be after 09/18/2003.

Some employers wait for 140 receipt before filing 485. Employer informs CIS that this is a concurrent case and CIS updates your 140 date after they receive 485 thus providing a link.

Is it concurrent filling too.
