concurrent filers in April 2003

Is H4 Renewal necessary?

I have concurrently filed I140/I485/I765/I131 in April 2003. My H-1 expires 23rd October 2003. I am eligible to renew H1 status until June 2006 (since I entered US in June 2000 on H1). I don't plan to use EAD, whereas my wife would use her EAD and loose her H-1 status. My son would have got Advanced Parole based on the concurrent filing.

Does my son need H4 renewal?
Can the application for my H1 and son's H4 renewal reach BCIS before August 23, 2003 (i.e 2 months before expiry)? There was something mentioned that applications would be sent back if they were submitted earlier than 2 months.....

EAD Approved!!!

EAD approved for my wife and myself on 06/06/2003. I would be updating rupnet.


Next one will be Advanced Parole and then I140 which is long way to go...

My attorney did not received the mail, I will updat as soon as i here from his office.

I-140 query details

BCIS asked education avaluation and one year detailed experience before Aug 30.

MY interim benifits are on hold during this time. attorney is working on this. hope everything will be fine

I am new to this forum, and I will be filing for my I-140/485 concurrently soon, can anyone please let me know approximately how long it is taking to get 140, EAD, AP, 485 etc approved?

abajaj8, I recognize you from the Philly DOL forum, how is your case moving along?
