Concurrent and non concurrent Sept, Oct, Nov 2003

Guys,

This is frustrating, why some of the cases in the last quarter of 2003 are considered concurrent and others no, and what will happen with the non concurrent cases?

I think... If USCIS considers a case as non concurrent especially for EB3 they are approving 140. If they consider as Con current they have to wait till
I-485 dates come. For the last three weeks, This is my Observation. Many EB3 got approved, but their I-140 only.

Some one has to do a good study on NSC. Were they following O Memo or not.

Plastic_card, do you really think so? There have been a lot of concurrent approvals from NSC in the last two months where they didn't wait for the I-485 dates to become current before applying.

I am sep30-2003 filler for I-140/485
I have changed my address last week and i got the follwoing email .
Application Type: I485 , Application to Register Permanent Residence or
to Adjust Status

Current Status:

On December 6, 2004, we responded to your request for more information
concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30
days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

If you have questions or concerns about your application or the case
status results listed above, or if you have not received a decision or
advice from USCIS within the projected processing time frame*, please
contact the National Customer Service Center.


Do any one of you know is it because some thing is happening/ just a result of address change that made few days ago.?

yes it's address change

My application did not change when i changed my address, however a lot of people on the forums have reported seeing that very same message when they changed their address. No need to panic :)
