Concurrent 140/485 - Dec, Jan, Feb/2004

Did any one who filed concurrent 140 and 485 during the period Dec, Jan, Feb/2004 get 140/485 approved?

It is quite strange to see people who filed in 2004 talking about FP and Approval..

There are thousands of people in the line behind you guys...

I am in almost the same status as you

140/485 - RD 1/30/2004 ... AD - Waiting
EAD - Approved.
AP - Approved.
FP - Completed on 9/04 (Both self and spouse)

We should stay in touch with updates if any...
 
Hi guys, I am with you also. My I-140 ND is 08/26/03, I-485 ND 02/28/04. EAD approved on 04/12/04. No approval on AP yet!??
FP was done on 09/11/04. LUD changed from 9/18 to 10/01 saying "on xx/xx/04, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application ...and processing has resumed on your case....when a decision is made."

I emailed the FBI asking about the status of my name check last week but have not heard any thing from them.

I am wondering since I am seeing many people who filed con. around August and September getting their I140 and I485 approved but I haven't seen any body with similar situation to us (semi-con, not in the same envelop). Hopefully soon will hear something
 
I140/I485 Feb 2004

ND: Feb 05, 2004..FP :09/25/04..took it one day early...I485 message changed for about 4 days from oct 4th to Oct 7th daily and stopped with "......fingerprints review received and process resumed"..havent heard anything after that... :confused: :confused:
On my spouse case, she took the FP early on 09/18, but no change in the status yet..not even "FP received.." dont know why... :confused:
 
I filed concurrent 140/485. RD is Jan 29th 2004. EAD and AP approved within 45 days. No FP notice yet.
 
FP expiration reminder

Hi mabayan

I had FP done on Sept. 2003 and I send a fax on Sept. 25th, 2004 reminding that my FP will expire in another 3 months and requesting to consider my I-485 application.

Saw my I-485 approval online on Sept. 28th, 2004 (after 3 days).
Done PP stamping on Oct. 5th, 2004

My FP expiry is in Dec Since I had My FP in Dec 2003.
1) Where did u Fax -- Can yo ugive the fax number,,

2) How to make the Request.. was it with TSC..

Please Explain in detail for me to follow my case..

I have done my FP on 5th of Oct. 2004. :D Yesterday I recieved an email as follows:
"On October 13, 2004, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made".

and my LUD changed to 10/14/2004. :rolleyes:

But I am confused about the fact that my I-140, LUD changed to 10/01/2004 that is before my date of FP (10/05/2004). Is this means USCIS is working on my I-140. If anyone of you have same experience? :confused: :confused:

TSC expediate procedures

Hi Bhadradee

It is general expediate procedure fax number for TSC.

Under USCIS website under TSC section, it has this information;

General Expedite Procedures
A detailed explanation of the situation should be provided in a one-page support letter along with any documentation needed to support the expedite request. Expedited processing can be requested by fax. The fax number is: 214-962-2632.

Request them that your finger printing will expire soon and hence to please expediate the process of your I-485 petition.
