Comsys/Metamor - is it wise to redo I140 before INS asks for it

Folks due to the name change from comsys to metamor to comsys again, is it wise to redo the I140 even before the INS asks for it and be ready. I have seen lot of folks from comsys getting I140 redo a while ago. I did my FP recently and hoping my turn will come (PD 6/98, EB3, India) in about 6 months so I want to be ready when it all happens. Any suggestions, Thanks.

Hi,
I would say to wait until u actually get your RFE. I may be wrong too.. but there are lots of people who work for comsys who got their approval without an RFE, while we (unlucky ones) got the RFE...
Just my opinion.

My PD 05/98, Initially I filed my I-140 under EB2 (when comsys became Metamor) but later my attorney convinced me to go with EB3 as it would be waste of time to(fight with VSC) send more documents to VSC supporting the category basis. So we redo I-140 with EB3 and included a supporting letter indicating that company has changed its name to Metamor.
I-485 RD :08/99 ND: 09/99. No RFE so far. FP 08/2000. Waiting for good news!!

Hi,

Do you guys have applied as your labor cert under Comsys or Metamor? i.e. when you receive your AP & EAD, does it say Metamor or Comsys. Because my lawyer filled a similar letter with INS stating the company name has changed.

Any other clue?
