The above subject includes my previous (Computer Programmer) and my current(Principal Consultant) job titles. I have changed my job.
My job desc is 100% identical. When filing for AC21 can i use the same job titles in the EVL or should i change the Principal Consultant to Principal IT Consultant (to make it more similar).
 
Job title doesn't matter

As far as Ac-21 is concerned, job title doesn't really matter. The job duties/description really matters. As long as it matches with the DOS job code, you should be fine.

Job code in ETA750

When DOS approve your labor certification, it will approve for a particular job code that matches your job duties/description.

so, when you get a new employment letter for AC21, if you make sure that your duties/descrption, educational requirements etc. are matching to the labor certification, then you should be OK. This is what USCIS meaning 'same/similar occupational classification'.
