My fiance is a green card holder & even if I get married to him, since the dependent visa takes upto 5 yrs to process, I tried applying for a H1B. Yesterday, I found out that the status has changed to 'denial sent'
We are yet to receive the notice. Do you think we stand a chance if we appeal the case? (I have a 3 yrs bsc degree & 3+yrs of wrk exp).
Apart from the student visa, what's the next best way to get a visa to go live with him?
[it'll tke 4 more yrs for him to get his citizenship]
