Complicated cases!. I140 approval done with other SCs

My case:

I-140 (VSC for CP)
RD : 07/5/2001 @ NSC
NO REF
AD : waiting.... I guess these kind of cases will get delayed by 4 - 8 months!!!
 
140 done at VSC

did you talk to IIO? What is their response? I talked to them and their response was they don't know and they always need I-140 file to approve GC!!!

I did not get a chance to talk to IIO. You are right they need 140 in file to approve 485 application. I thought i would wait one more month before calling an IIO. Even if i call an IIO, i know the answer. "We are waiting on your 140 from VSC".
 
I140 connection problem

My case is RD is JUL - 27 - 2001.

INS or My Attorney screwed my case and it look like INS is waiting on my I140 connection, I guess they have send I140 to consulate.

I am still waiting for that.
Does any one know email address of madras consulate.
 
My RD is 07/27/01 ND 08/17/01 PD 10/98 FP completed on 12/18/01 2nd EAD approved on Oct 1st 2002.
No Approval Yet
140 approval from CSC. Is that the reason NSC is delaying my case???:mad:
