Complicated Case?? Please Help

I have been working in Phoenix, AZ. Due to the unusual delay after 2 RFE, I put in an enquiry in CSC from Sacramento, CA where my children live. They assumed that I have been living in Sacramento and as a result transferred my case to Sacramento office.My current legal address is still Phoenix however I commute back and forth to see my my children, every once in a while.

Now my concern is when I go in for an interview, will they question me for coming up for an interview while residing and working in Phoenix? The last thing I would want is for my case to be transferred to Phoenix local office as they have a 2 year backlog for these kind of cases.

Any help would be really appreciated !!

Talk to Sacramento office and tell ur AZ address they can transfer your file to AZ office. Talk to local congressman too. I know someone who got his files transferd from LA office to Santa ana office.
 
Well see if I do that. That means another 2 years of wait since there is a backlog of 2 years in Phoenix for these kind of cases. :confused:

Once they have called you for an interview, they wouldn't care if you are living in AZ or CA. If you have your children in CA, I guess you have a home in CA. I know lot of people who travel weekly for work to different parts of the country. I dont see any issue here.
