To make things short i came on visa and have overstayed almost two years. Got married usc three monts after coming to us but marriage fell in few monts and never started any petition, things went so bad me and husband didnt talk for almost a year While i met the love of my life and started living with him few monts after separating from husband. Never got divorce after 9 months of living with boyfriend my husband called me and ask for divorce because he wants to remarry.
Now i just got divorce and my and boyfriend want to make this last forever and get married he wants to help me get my gc because i havent seen my family in so long and i feel depressed.
But here is the catch: My actual boyfriend and future husband was in prision at age 18 for 3 years came out and went back to prision other three years.. robbery.. whatever he is 31 years old now and been a long time making a normal life and he is a good person and i love him so much.
Will all this make a problem for me?
I think only thing should count is the real love a couple and i shouldnt have any problem, but all their laws are so crazy!
We love each other so much! plese yu guys thing i would have to many problems? be denied? noooo!!:(

If your husband is a USC then it doesn't matter. You will still get your GC. Just make sure his financials are current, and he is able to sponcer you.

your future husband need to be in USC status to sponsor your GC. If he's a GC holder, you are basically doomed until he became a USC. You should not leave the country until you get your plastic.

does anybody know any good lawyer in las vegas?

hey according to the law, no laws says that a citizen who has been in the jail can't marry a foreigner. But it might be a little tricky cuz they might want to do more so called "investigation" in your case. I suggest you to prepare your documents very carefully, collect any proof you can think of, and find a lot of friends and families writing letters for you. If in the process there is any problem, remember to contact your congressman. lawyers...I don't know, some might be really good, some just do the forms for you which you can do by yourself at all.
