Complicated AC21 case

I have approved LC and I 140 from previous employer. Never applied for I-485 (my mistake). It has been suggested to me to apply for I 485 (based on previous approved I 140)now and then after 180 days claim AC21.
Is this feaseble?
Has anybody got approval by this method?
I am worried that it may be considered a fraudelent application, which will be a huge problem.

-----YES, you should not inform past employer (no need of past employer letter)or your friends becase till theI-485 hits 180 days, file I-485, EAD AP, you need copy of I-140 filing reciept or the I-140 approval copy to file I-485

----- then dont file, one should be ready to take the risk, could you tell me how it is a fraud?( I know many will post about Intent)

mine is similar case, I got approval with out rfe
I don't know about future,
its upto you to make a call
