Complex H4 to H1 Scenario

My wife is currently on a H4. She has a B.C.A(Bachelor of Computer Applications - Total 15years education) and 3+ years experience(July 2002-Aug 2006)joining work immediately after her education as a Software Engg back in India, a little of this experience(8Months) includes her Project work done for her B.C.A completion as this was done in a reputed company.

We got married in August 2005 and she came to the U.S.A in early November and continued to work remotely from the U.S.A as she couldnt get a job here(becoz of h4). She has made a couple more visits to India to maintain a comfort level with her Company down there while Simultaneously completing her M.C.A in July 2006. She returned to the USA around August 2006 and has since been here but stopped working for the Bangalore based company around this time. When she did work remotely from USA for her Indian company she was paid her regular salary deposited to her Indian Bank account

Repeating myself alongwith working she simultaneously completed her M.C.A from 2003 To July 2006(Master of Computer Applications - 18years of education)in July 2006.

Is a H1 possible for her based on 3+ years experience and a BCA degree and also will her experience working from the USA while being on H4 during this time affect her chances in anyway.

Any answers will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Since she got her MCA, chances of getting h1 within US for her is bright.

Applying for H1

AFAIK. she stands a better chance for H1-B with her MCA.
As far as experience is concerned, it shouldn't hurt.
You were working for a company in India, paid taxes in India

Importantly, there isn't a lot of time to apply for H1-B, hurry up.
