Completely silent today 09/12?

I have already submitted the I-485. Can anyone tell me at what point in time can my wife (H-4 holder) look for a job??

Then I should be seen my approval, as I am current both in Sep and Oct, but where is my approval? :) Oh yes, I totally forgot this morning, I am stuck in NC, so no approval for me either ;)

I am also current in Oct and Sept. By the way , I was current all the time except in July, but no approval ....
 
Congratulationsssssssss!!!! Please post your case details and when (what time?) did you receive this email?
 
My dates have always been current and also in Oct they are current. My name check is clear and I have responded to the medical RFE, which they have acknowledged.

Yet I still wait, with no news, no updates, etc.

Oh well, let's see what happens. Someone get there i485 approved so we can live in hope.

Rav , what was RFE about on medical ? Is it skin test? I did not do skin test only X-ray so I am expecting another RFE

It was that both me and my wife missed the TB skin test, as the doctor had always just got the chest xray done as a lot of his patients are from India and the UK where we have the BCG.

Had it done and sent it off, but no approval yet.
