Hello everyone, I see a lot of people here are enquiring about timelines.(including me) Lets use this thread to update only timelines. I will update my asylum timeline shortly and later update my GC timeline after it is completed. Thanks in advance :)

Recommended approval - 06/11/2018 ... What exactly is "Recommended approval"? Did they refer you to court?

"Recommended for approval" usually means that the asylum officer has completed his/her review and approved the application and is waiting for supervisor concurrence, background security check, or other clearance in order to proceed with the final approval.

Interview at Minneapolis field office on 07/26/2018
Letter of approval arrived 12/04/2018

Approval date 11/20/2018


Applied for i-485 12/28/2019 with Nebraska Service Center

Fingerprints done on 02/26/2020

Still waiting on RFE for medical exam.

You should just send it w/t waiting for the RFE; that would save you time i guess
 
hi everyone,
I had applied for Asylum in March2020, I received the notice of receipt on 22nd of April. I am still waiting for biometrics and interview date. I will be completing my 150 wait period on 19th of September 2020. Will I be still eligible to apply for EAD?
please shed your light on my situation.

I don’t think u will be eligible for the EAD after 150 days as as Far as I understand the new rule says that you have to have completed your 150 days wait time before August 25 to apply otherwise you will have to wait for a year to apply for the EAD! Sorry to be bearer of bad news!
 
My GC timeline -
I-485 application sent - 30th January 2020
Received receipt -3rd February 2020
Biometrics on - 3rd March 2020
Status updated to fingerprint were received - 4th March 2020
Status changed to RFE was sent -15th July 2020
RFE letter received - 20th July 2020
Replied to RFE was sent - 31st July 2020
Status updated to RFE was received - 4th August 2020
Statues updated to new card is being produced - 24th August 2020
