complete 485 process timelines.

Hello
My PD is current now and I am EB3 category. Can someone tell me how long is it taking these days to get 485 approved after filing it with VSC?
What happens if a few months down the line , after filing 485, company is taken over or shuts down?

File the 485 immediately and leave it to the Almighty.... atleast after you file you will be in status and with EAD you can work anywhere UNTIL A DECISION comes.
