Complaint about an Indian Employer => URGENT

Hi,

Not sure whether this is the right forum. One of my friend's husbandis working for a company who has 200 employees all from different backgrounds, working in grocery stores, gas station,etc... and he collects money(lakhs) from India. He gets a H1 for all the employees by giving false certificates. He is paying the employees whenever he has money and he is paying in personal checks. He is not allowing the employees to find another job and he does not give pay stubs. What can be done to SUCH EMPLOYERS, IS THERE A PLACE WHERE WE CAN FILE COMPLAINT. ANY HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED ...

You can file a class action suit against this employer.
You can walk to the nearest BCIS office and start
You can talk to a competent lawyer (Rajiv, jim, murthy) about this.
I hear that isn.org is being revived, that is another source.

Whatever it is you all need to be ready to put up with some public humiliation, but at the end you will be rewarded. There is no guarantee for future job here in US...
