Company splitting.

My current company (A) will be splitting into two company (B) and (C):
Company (A) holds my H1 B and I will now become an employee of company (B).
Company A still would be an entity on the paper.

Can anyone tell me if I have to perform any formality in lieu with H1 B. My job title, responsibilities and salary shall remain continue to remain the same.
