Company slightly change name

I was hired a year ago by my current company under a TN status and after some months I was laid off due to some financing problems in the company then I switched to TD. The company came in to Bankruptcy Chapter 11. After 9 months I was rehired while the company was still in Bankrupt at Chapter 11 and I'm in TN status again. In the following weeks tha company is getting out of bankruptcy with new owners and the name of the company will change from AAAAAA Inc to AAAAAA LLC. My question is: do I need to request a new TN due to the company is changing slightly it's name but it's by law a new company although publicity, address, personel, etc will remain the same?

You do not need new tN. The new company takes over all rights and obligations of the old.

It wouldn't matter how much the name changed, either.
