Company\'s documents for H1B

Hi, All
What company\'s documents INS need for H1B application ? I got a questionair from one law office which list many company\'s documents they need such as Form941, Article of Incorporation, Bank Statement, First&last 2 pages of co. office lease, a few contracts with clients, and some co. literature. My boss think some documents are secret, don\'t want gave. Can company send some documents to INS directly, not by law office if INS want to know something ?
