Company name changes--file amend I-140

Just got a copy of I-140 amend from my lawyer. He filed that for me last week. But I would not find anywhere from the sheet that states company name things, and the A# is not filled. How do Immigration knows that this is for job changes? Definitly a call to immigration is necessary, otherwise I think they probably treat it as regular I-140

Am I right? What do I need to do to avoid the problem. Any sugesstion or idea will be appreciated.

The A# should have been mentioned while filing I-140, looks like your lawyer missed it. I think you should call up VSC and have it linked otherwise it may lay idle in the normal I-140 processing queue.

Thanks a lot for the help. I will mention it to my lawyer, he already said he will contact INS late next week.

Really hope everything would pass through smoothly.
