Company name changed - Help needed

I am on a H1B visa and my company changed its name. Do I need to inform this to INS or the company will take care of this? The company I work for is a small company and if they dont intimate this to INS, will I be affected? All inputs are appreciated. Thanks. Kris

I believe, an H1B amendment needs to be filed.
