Company Name Change.

I am expecting my interview in Mar2003 at chennai.
My company changed its name last year. Now, I will be getting 2003 W2 with company's new name. My offer letter will be also on the new company name.
Company says they have legal documents that they will give me that states under US laws about the name change.

Will this cause any issue at my interview?

Any suggestions, advice and experiences please...

Absolutely no problem if you carry those legal documents/ press releases which display name change. My company underwent name changes twice in last 3 years. So my 1st H-1B was with company name A then 2nd H-1B was with company Name B and when I got GC thru CP approval my company changed name to Company C. I carried all those legal papers but was not asked for.

Dont sweat over it coz pretty much every other company has merged/ acquired/ split over last 4 years and has had a name change. Just carry those name change docs.
