Has anyone applied for i-140 redo without RFE and got approval. My company presumably should have applied for I-140 redo. Has anyone heard about i-485 approval after I-140 redo without RFE for company name change cases.Anyone from Rapidigm reapplied for I-140?
I got an RFE for employment letter in January 2001 which my company replied with allthe merger information. After that my case has ben on the name change hold shelf in VSC. But next week I am applying for a I-140 without an RFE. The consequences after this are all upto luck as I have seen from this board. Your I-140 can be approved within a mont and also I-485 or it may not be if your I-140 goes in the normal queue. It looks to be a matter of chance. I am not from your company although.
This whole company name change problem sucks. After having waited for so many years, do we have to wait again indefinitely for I-140 to be approved again?
