Company Name Change?? Please help

Hello All...

Please tell me, My sponsored company has changed their name & address. Owner still same. I have filed my 485 in OCt. 2001. I am almost near for the approval. Will it be problem for me, what do i do?

Can some one give me their expertise..

U shud not have any problems......

If U get any RFE..all U will need is a legal document from UR company that they have changed names...

Dont Worry !

My company also changed its name after I filed for my 485.
I got approved on 11/04 without any RFE and so did a lot of my co-workers.

There should be no problem in your case too.

That means if i get approval, when i go for stamping I can saw my current payroll with new company name or will it be problem.

No need for ...

There seems to be no need to show them your company letter .
They did not ask mine. But as long as the Tax-ID number of your company remains the same u are safe.

If that number changes, u might have to apply for Amended I140. This will not effect your current processing.
