Hi All,
As days go by more and more company name change cases seem to be appearing on this website. Some of us tried contacting senators/congress persons ... it still does not seem to help. In fact in many cases they may not even be read. From what info I got from one senator\'s office is that INS is not only backlogged but they also do not have the resources needed for getting out the regulations - which means that we may have to wait for a long time. Again since not many people are affected by this issue - we must try to make a difference....
I do not know if this would help however it is worth a try. On INS web site there is a feed back form.I would think that comments written there will get noted by them and it is possible that things could get done faster. I have already put in my comments mentioning the mess that I am in because of the company name change as well as the fact that regulations have not come after 7 months of the law being signed.The foll is the link.

In addition to this I have also emailed the President & VP... If everyone affected by this would also write ...it would surely help.
