Its quite apparent now that VSC is very random in its method of handling I485 cases
where company names have changed. And the only explanation they have given so far
for holding these cases is that they are waiting for guidelines from INS HQ. Why not we all
redouble our efforts in contacting INS HQ today onwards to let them know how badly we have been affected by this slowness in issueing guidelines and find out from them if they will
address this issue by next week . Also pl post the details of your conversation if possible
Else we will be waiting forever while 485 cases filed more than a year after we have filed will
be approved.
