Pl remember while contacting INS HQ if you get a voice mail pl do not
hang up but leave a voice mail. Thats the only way they will know how many
people are affected due to vsc hold and non release of AC21 regulations.
Also always follow up a fax / letter to senators/congress persons by a
phone call. Voice your concerns on the issue.

Thanks cool_bandha and all of you others to keep the momentum up.
There have been a couple of approvals lately after filing of amended I140. So I think it is just a matter of all keep this issue in the forefront of VSC and HQ.
VSC has done a good job clearing a lot of backlog and I want everyone of us to acknowledge the same when we talk to someone at HQ or at VSC ( or in any form of communications ). Lets encourage them to clear the rest of the backlog, so they get there kudos for doing their job while we can look ahead into the future.
