Company name change case

I am tired of these animals sitting at VSC. Today I came to know that they have requested for my original I-140 approval. My amended I-140 was approved two months back. My ND for I-485 is Aug 1999. Anyone in similar situation or know how much more time these jokers will take now.

Hi, sorry to hear that. Did you come to know this thru\' AVM or did you talk to an IIO? It happened to one of my friend who was with IBM. But in his case, there is no amended I-140 as there was no company name change or anything. For him the initial I-140 was approved and he got an RFE for employment letter and pay stub. When his lawyer sent the info. back, they mentioned his new title instead of the old one. (Senior Software Engineer instead of Software Engineer) and that\'s why he was asked to provide the original I-140 approval notice. But as soon as he sent that info. his case got approved within a weeks time. Does your amended I-140 has a different title to that of the original? Don\'t worry everything will be alright.

There is no RFE generated...I don\'t think it has anything to do with title. I came to know through an IIO. Every bastard is unique in this center. Just thinking about the memorial left by Timothy McVeigh at Oklahoma...It would be great to have another memorial at VSC.
