Company Name change case - RFE on 07/11/01 - Mogaram

Hi Friends,
    I have been issued RFE on 07/11/01 as per AVM. God is not that kind to me even with all my prayers. Now I have to wait for the RFE. I do not know how long it is going to take to receive this RFE. Really this waiting game is killing me. I have lost all my strength and energy in this waiting game. Please pray for me also.

    My case details :
   
       ND : Sep 99
       FP : Aug 2000
       RFE : 07/11/01 as per AVM checked today
       I140 and I-485 has different company name change.

       Can you please tell me, how long it is going to take to get this RFE?

Since AVM has been updated, I guess they would have mailed your RFE.

I can understand your frustration as I am in the same boat.
So just hold on. Your time is gonna come. For sure.

You will receive it within the next 14 days. For me the RFE was issued on June 25th.Today I received the copy of my RFE notice. One
way it is a good sign that as soon as you reply for your RFE, you
should get your approval within the next 10 - 20 days. You are getting
closer. Don\'t worry. Good Luck.

      Thanks for sharing your information. Can you please tell me when was your AVM was updated?

   As per Sri1, since my AVM was updated today, do you think RFE is also mailed today?

mogaram : my RFE was aslso mailed on 7/11 (AVM Updated the same day)and it usually takes about 2 weeks to reach the lawyers office.

Hey Moragam:

I was issued a RFE on 6/27 and my lawyer received the same 6/30, since I had checked the AVM on 6/29 that is how I knew about the RFE. I think RFE is good news, which the same what "WhatTheHell" has said. Dont worry I think the wait is over for most of us.
