company name change and should I notify INS

My I-140 is approved and I have concurrently filed I-485 in Sep. My company will be bought by another company very soon. The ownership of my company has been changed several times and the new owners always keep the same company name. But this time the possible new owner mentioned he would like to change it to a new name if he buys the company because he doesn't like our current company name. During all the ownership change including this one, there is no merge issue with another comany. Our company is still the same company.

In my situation, should I notify INS about this name change or do nothing? I am pretty sure my company will do nothing. I would prefer do nothing since I am afraid they may consider this as a job change and issue RFE. What is the consequence if I do nothing? Can someone give me some suggestion? Thanks.
 
IF your office's TAX ID number remains the same then u you do't need 140 amendment otherwise you will require that or after 180s of 485 you can use AC21 also.
