Company moving & being absorbed by parent company

I'm working for company B which is a subsidiary of a much larger Company A. We are now expanding to a Larger new location (10x) on the other side of town, and we are also dropping our company's B name to be merged with another division and will be taking Company's A name at this new location.

How do i stand as far as my TN visa goes? Now, I do have a real Visa and my current employer (Comp B) name & address are listed on my passport stamp. Is there anything I need to do as far as USCIS side?

This is not a problem. The merger/takeover assumes all rights and obligations, including TN sponsorship.

You only need to fix this at renewal time.
