An internatinal consulting company is taking over our company. My 140 is approved and 485 is also filed. In this case what happens with green cards already filed by our company. Nobody knows if this new company needs us or not. And now we are in this big wait for greencard because of PD retrogression.
In this situation what are the best options for me. I already used AC21 once to join this company. Should I find another job and switch using AC21 or should I wait till final merger before taking any decision?
I am really worried about this now. Please advice.

U should be fine as you already used ac21. If you feel unsecure you can use ac21 and move to another job (I am 90% sure that ac21 can be used more than once). Do talk to a lawyer to check if you can use ac21 more than once
