company merged after I-485

[need help]

Hi

My company has merged with another company, my I 485 is close to approval
intact recently INS asked for RE of my employment letter and was given, do I have to inform INS about the merger. My job location and every thing else remains same...

I am in the same suitation as yours. What kind Employee Letter you give to VSC, new compnay or old company? My lawyer told me that it is not a good idea to notice the merger.

When SCasked for employment letter merger was not complete so I got the letter from (old) previous company. Even now my company will retain it\'s name etc but will be subsidiary of new company.. Any suggestions!!
