company got acquired please reply asap

Hi,
My company A applied my H1B ext in Sept 03, and in the meantime got acquired by another B. Will that affect my visa processing as my company filed my ext under it's old name.
I have 2 questions :
Do i have to file again under the new company name?

If the answer to the above question is no then once i get my ext approval ,can I revalidate my visa under the old company name as the approval will have the old company name.Will i have a problem with that at the POE...

Please reply asap.

No problem, as successor of interest, new company can receive the approval.
