company going into bankruptcy

What happens to the labor certificate (RIR) filed on my behalf if my company files for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection (assuming it will be able to emerge from this protection in the future)? Does it still have the right (or possibility) to sponsor my green card (LC, I-140, I-485, etc)?
