Company closing and H1 :(

Hello:

I am on an H1 with a company(Caliber Consulting) for the past 10 months, now I hear that my consulting company is going to be closed. In such a scenario what happens to the H1 consultants in the company ?????

To make things worse, I have been on bench for the last 3 months and hence without my last 3 paystubs. Can a H1 transfer be done without the last 3 months' paystubs ?

This is my personal advise only:

Without last 3 months of pay slips it in absolutely not possible for h1 transfer.

I believe your option would be:

1. Request your employer to run the payrole for the last three months, i'm sure depending on the company financial quarter closing they would run the payrole for the previous months.
