Company Change - Please help

Folks, I filed my labor/140/485 from company A, waiting for 140/485 approval.
Our company formed company B as a wholly owned subsidiary as I started getting paystub from Company B with a different tax ID.
I am about to get my 140/485 approved. Is this an issue? Our parent company is public with the same stock symbol when we filed our petition.
Please advise.

file amendment I140 with new employer name

One Option is for the new employer to file an I-140 amendment. Sometimes, there is a risk of the I-140 amendment's being denied by the USCIS if the new employer(B) is not financially stable or was not in existence at the time of obtaining the original priority date.
Second option is to wait till your 140 Approves and file AC21 for B.
